At the moment only accommodation in Amsterdam and Amstelveen can be added to our database. YourLista starts her services in the cities of Amsterdam and Amstelveen and will expand to other big cities in the Netherlands and operate nationwide in the near future.

Yourlista only makes money on advertisements and is planning to keep its service for free. So no membership fees or finder fees.

YourLista does not charge you for placing an accommodation advertisement. Neither does it ask for fees when you find a suitable tenant. There are also no signup fees nor do we charge a percentage in the first, second and third year. So no 6 - 8% in the first year, 4% for the second year and 2% in the 3rd year like most accommodation agencies charge in the Netherlands. We appreciate it very much when you place your accommodation on our site so that our site becomes even more attractive to accommodation seekers.
